Asaf Meir, Praveen Kumar and Chen Arad - a team of former Goldman Sachs engineers and cybersecurity professionals, founded Solidus Labs in 2018 to bridge the regulatory, risk, and compliance gap between crypto and the traditional financial world. 

In the early days of the industry, they believed crypto’s potential to make financial services more inclusive, transparent, liquid and efficient will depend on the ability to mitigate its new risks, but that legacy risk systems are ineffective.

They set out to build the first crypto-native security and compliance hub tailored for digital assets. Based in Wall Street, New York with offices in Singapore, Tel Aviv and London - today we are actively safeguarding millions of retail and institutional entities around the world by monitoring more than a trillion events per day, remaining committed to making crypto markets safer each and every day.

Solidus Labs' namesake - the “Solidus” - was the late Roman Empire’s gold standard coin, an innovatively minted coin that enabled global commerce for a millenia. Given appropriate safeguards in place, we believe digital assets minted today are bound to transform financial markets - for generations to come.
